Teresa started in the dog world after graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2009. Starting in the world of boarding and grooming, she soon moved into management. After managing at the groomer for a few years, Teresa wanted to start a business where she could put the dogs first.

In 2014 the opportunity to start Eastside Dog Services presented itself and she went for it. Starting as a sitting & walking business that grew quickly. Over the years, Teresa became interested in the behavior of dogs and came across many behavior questions both at home with her beloved dachshund Emilea and from clients. In 2016, she began to pursue a training certification, which she received in 2019.

Since then training dogs and educating people about their dogs has become her passion. She continues her education regularly and hopes to eventually get a Behaviorist Certification.
